This production line is designed by our company through repeated research on all kinds of packing belt production lines in the world, through the cooperation of R&D Department and Technology Department of our Company's technology center with German and Chinese scientific research institutes, universities and industry elites, combined with the special research and design of current market packing strap production bottlenecks. The whole production line is mainly composed of specially designed pre-dryer, intelligent high temperature insulation pre-dryer, dehumidification high temperature insulation dryer, plasticizing host (composed of self-designed screw cylinder, constant temperature heating system and digital display adjustable mold), six-direction adjustable primary embryo cooling water tank, stable traction unit, circular energy-saving visual controllable oven, polymer restraint directional unit, intelligent digital display stabilizing knurling unit, stress relief (retraction system) equalizing system (accurate and rapid cooling), water removal system and semi-automatic or full-automatic winding machine. The production line is suitable for 100% PET bottle for production of PET packing strap, with the following basic features: safety, environmental protection, high efficiency, energy saving, economy, good appearance, practicability, high stability, high degree of automation, stable geometric dimension of PET packing strap produced, light weight per gram, good skewness, strong tensile stress at break, low elongation at break, good toughness and superior cost performance. It is the development trend of packing straps, the epoch-making innovation of pet packing strap market, the best choice for PP packing straps that do not to meet the requirements of heavy-duty packing, and the inevitable choice for investment in and production of PET packing strap project.

Compared with the intelligent type, this type not only has the advantages of intelligent type, but also upgrades and configures Siemens motor, Siemens inverter and Siemens PLC touch screen control to realize more stable operation of electric appliances and long service time.
