Parameters

 

This production line is designed by our company through repeated research on all kinds of packing belt production lines in the world, through the cooperation of R&D Department and Technology Department of our Company's technology center with German and Chinese scientific research institutes, universities and industry elites, combined with the special research and design of current market packing strap production bottlenecks.The whole production line is mainly composed of energy-saving host, primary mold base stabilizing and cooling water tank, oven, double-traction stabilizing knurling unit, winding machine and electrical automatic control cabinet. It is suitable for PP (polypropylene) new material and various PP recycled materials (in particular, the waste packing belt does not need granulation) used to produce thin packing straps. The basic features of this production line include moderate output, low energy consumption, high stability, low noise, strong practicability, good appearance and superior cost performance. It is also an ideal choice for investment in and production of conventional packing strap project small-sized.

This is a basic configuration to meet the needs of customers in the initial stage. 

The main application fields of the packing strap are as follows: it is widely used for packaging of conventional materials, with remarkable cost performance and outstanding competitiveness.
