This production line is designed by our company through repeated research on all kinds of packing belt production lines in the world, through the cooperation of R&D Department and Technology Department of our Company's technology center with German and Chinese scientific research institutes, universities and industry elites, combined with the special research and design of current market packing strap production bottlenecks.The whole production line is mainly composed of high-efficiency energy-saving host, primary mold base stabilizing and cooling water tank, energy-saving oven, double-traction stabilizing knurling unit, multi-function winding machine and electrical automatic control cabinet. It is suitable for PP (polypropylene) new material and various PP recycled materials (in particular, the waste packing belt does not need granulation) used to produce thin packing straps. The basic features of this production line include large output, low energy consumption, high stability, low noise, strong practicability, good appearance and superior cost performance. It is the upgraded product based on ordinary packing strap machine with the output of 2.5 times of that of conventional packing strap machine, and is also an ideal choice for investment in and production of conventional packing strap project.
Compared with the standard type, this type not only has the advantages of the standard type, but also upgrades and configures Schneider/Omron low voltage electrical appliances featuring better stability and cylindrical manual filter to realize larger filtering area, reduce the times of screen change, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, and improves the output.
